MY3 Artist Portal — Terms of Use

This agreement is between UT3 Records / MuziekKompagnie VZW ("UT3 Records", "we", "us") and the artist registering for the MY3 Artist Portal ("Artist", "you").

1. Purpose of the Portal

The MY3 Artist Portal allows approved artists to manage their public profile on the UT3 Records website and to submit concert events and appearances for publication on their artist page. UT3 Records reviews and approves all content before it is published.

2. Profile & Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in your profile (bio, photo, website, contact details). By submitting content through the Portal you confirm that it does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain offensive, illegal, or misleading material.

UT3 Records reserves the right to refuse or remove any content that does not meet our standards or violates applicable law.

3. Events

Concert events and appearances you submit are subject to review by UT3 Records before publication. We reserve the right to decline any submission without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You may not share your account with third parties.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate access to the Portal at any time. If you wish to have your profile and content removed, contact us at info@ut3-records.com.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Portal after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
